Which delivery frequencies can I choose?
Biweekly, monthly or quarterly. You can change frequency at any time from your account without cancelling and restarting.
When will my first subscription box arrive?
Subscriptions follow the normal bake and ship rhythm. Orders ship within 2 business days. We bake to order, so your cookies are made after you order rather than pulled off a shelf.
How do I skip, pause or cancel a Hunky Chunky subscription?
All three are done from your account, in one click, at any time. Skipping moves you past the next delivery. Pausing holds the subscription until you restart it. Cancelling ends it. There is no phone call and no retention process.
How do I change my flavour, quantity or delivery frequency?
Log in to your account, edit the subscription and save. You can change the box, the flavour, how many boxes per delivery, and how often they arrive.
Can I subscribe to more than one box at a time?
